3D models and digital twins
See inside the slab, not just a line on a report.
For jobs that need more than a mark-out, we turn the radar into a true-scale 3D model you can open in a browser, walk through, and hand to your engineer or designer.
What the client received.
- A 7-page slab depth report with one evidence block per scan
- An offline 3D viewer: house to true scale, depth strips coloured by thickness, click a line to see its radar section and site photo, section cuts and a "stand at a scan" view
- A true-scale GLB model for design software, and the depth data as CSV
Original slab about 23 to 39 cm, mostly 29 to 33 cm, varying along every run. Later sunroom slab about 32 to 40 cm.
Honest by design
Measured, modelled and unknown look different.
Our models never fill gaps with guesses. What the radar measured, what we modelled from plans, and what was outside coverage are always drawn differently.
Solid colour
A reflector was picked from the radar along that run. Coloured by depth.
Glass and outline
Walls, roof and shells built to scale from council plans, site photos and survey.
Hatched fog
Outside scan coverage. Shown as unknown, never as clear.
What you can get

3D models, geospatial mapping and CAD are booked on the hourly rate. Ask us what suits your job.
Scan before you cut
Know what is in the slab before you core it.
Tell us what you are cutting, coring or digging and where. We will scope the scan and the report you need.
